Following an inspection, Energy Pro Insulation Inc. may recommend insulation, air sealing, duct sealing, or related upgrades. Recommendations are based on the information available at the time of the inspection and may be revised if additional conditions are discovered.

7. Scheduling and Property Access

By scheduling an inspection or service appointment, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to areas of the home that may need to be inspected or serviced, including attics, crawlspaces, floors, mechanical areas, ducts, and other applicable spaces.

Appointments may need to be rescheduled due to weather, crew availability, safety concerns, incomplete information, utility program requirements, or conditions discovered at the property.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when submitting forms, scheduling inspections, or communicating with us. This may include your name, phone number, email address, property address, ZIP code, utility provider, heating source, home ownership status, and other information needed to evaluate eligibility or schedule service.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, unauthorized, or fraudulent information through our website, forms, chat tools, phone systems, or communication channels.
